Gold Ballroom Dance Studio – Terms and Conditions 

Welcome to Gold Ballroom Dance Studio! By enrolling in our programs, attending classes, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.  

1. General Policies  

1.1. Studio Conduct 

- Respectful behavior is required at all times.  

- Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in dismissal without refund.  

1.2. Health and Safety  

- Participants must inform the studio of any medical conditions or injuries prior to engaging in dance activities.  

- Gold Ballroom is not responsible for injuries incurred during lessons, events, or other activities.  

- Proper dance attire and footwear are required for all classes.  

1.3. Attendance  

- Arrive on time for all lessons and events. Late arrivals may result in shortened lesson time.  

- Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their first lesson unless prior arrangements are made.  

2. Scheduling and Payments  

2.1. Scheduling  

- Lesson schedules are subject to availability.  

- Gold Ballroom reserves the right to modify the schedule or reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances.  

2.2. Payments  

- Payments for private lessons, group classes, and events must be made in advance to secure your booking.  

- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.  

2.3. Cancellations and Rescheduling  

- Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.  

- Group classes and special events missed by participants are non-refundable and non-transferable.  

3. Special Offers and Packages 

- Promotional packages (e.g., $49 introductory offer) are for first-time clients only and are non-transferable.  

- Promotional offers may include expiration dates and cannot be redeemed after the expiration period.  

- Discounts and offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.  

4. Events and Performances 

4.1. Event Participation 

- Gold Ballroom may host events, showcases, and social dance parties. By attending, participants agree to abide by event rules.  

- Participants may be photographed or filmed during events for promotional purposes.  

4.2. Ticket Purchases  

- Tickets for events are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the studio.  

5. Liability Waiver

By participating in any activity at Gold Ballroom, you acknowledge and agree:  

- Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.  

- Gold Ballroom, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages incurred on studio premises or during off-site events.  

6. Privacy Policy 

6.1. Personal Information

- Gold Ballroom collects and securely stores personal information to facilitate bookings, communication, and personalized services.  

- We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.  

6.2. Marketing

- By providing your contact information, you consent to receiving emails and promotions from Gold Ballroom. You may opt out at any time.  

7. Right to Refuse Service  

Gold Ballroom reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or whose behavior negatively impacts the studio environment.
